How we work

Route and schedule selection

Based on your inquiry, we select the optimal route, operator, and crossing schedule. We consider cargo type, vehicle dimensions, and time preferences.

Booking and documentation

We book a spot on the ferry and prepare a complete set of port documents. For ADR cargo, we handle additional notifications required by the operator.

Port clearance

We coordinate clearance on both the Polish and foreign side. The driver receives instructions regarding check-in, documents, and terminal procedures.

Monitoring and support

We monitor crossing status and inform you of any schedule changes. If needed, we arrange an alternative connection.

Frequently asked questions

How far in advance should I book a ferry?

We recommend a minimum of 24-48 hours. During peak season (summer, pre-holiday period), booking a week in advance increases availability of preferred times. In urgent cases, we can arrange crossings within a few hours.

What ferry routes do you serve?

We serve routes on the Baltic Sea (Poland-Sweden, Poland-Finland, Poland-Denmark), the North Sea (Netherlands/Belgium-UK), and the English Channel (France-UK). On request, we also arrange crossings on the Mediterranean Sea.

Do you handle ADR cargo on ferries?

Yes, we arrange crossings for vehicles carrying dangerous goods. This requires prior notification and additional documentation, we prepare it for you and coordinate with the ferry operator.

How to change or cancel a ferry booking?

We handle booking changes flexibly. In most cases, rebooking to a different date is free of charge if you notify us in advance. Cancellation terms depend on the operator and tariff.
