Yes. Vehicles carry GPS and one named person handles your job from booking to delivery, so status questions go to somebody who already knows the load. On runs longer than two days we send an update each morning and at the end of the driver's shift. Where the consignee runs its own booking portal, we work inside it rather than opening a second channel.

We cover 22 locations in the wadowicki district, with Andrychów as the largest loading point. The closest in scale are Bulowice and Kalwaria Zebrzydowska, and those are the ones we most often combine into a single run.
