Where we load
in Poland

We collect in 218 towns and villages across 16 regions. We deliver to every country in Europe and bring loads back from all of them. Pick a location to see the road node, transit options and available services.

This page covers where we pick goods up. If you are looking for the destination side, the country and route pages cover that.

How a full truckload differs from groupage

A full truckload means one trailer dedicated to one consignment. It leaves the loading point and goes straight to the consignee with no intermediate handling, which is why it is the fastest option and the one to pick when the goods are fragile, high value or on a deadline. You pay for the vehicle, not for the space you fill, so it stops making sense below roughly half a trailer.

Groupage means your pallets travel with other people's. It is combined with freight going the same way, which normally adds a day to transit and takes a large share off the price. For 218 locations we collect from, groupage is what makes small consignments worth moving at all.

Customs, ferries and the destinations that need them

Of the 43 European countries we serve, 16 sit outside the EU customs area. Those need an export declaration and a T1 transit document, and for Turkey an ATR certificate on top. We prepare the paperwork before the truck departs, because a document missing at the border costs a day of standing, not an hour.

9 destinations involve a ferry crossing, among them the United Kingdom, Ireland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Malta, Cyprus and Iceland. Booking the sailing is on us and sits inside the quote, so there is no separate ticket to settle. In season, space is reserved well ahead.

What to send when you ask for a rate

Four things decide the price: destination, weight, dimensions and the date the goods are ready. With those we reply inside 15 minutes during business hours. Without them the answer is a range, because the rate depends on whether the truck has a return load, and that cannot be guessed from the postcode alone.

Two more details are worth adding when they apply: whether the site has a loading dock and a forklift, and whether the consignee needs a booked unloading slot. Both change the plan more than most people expect, and both are cheaper to settle before the truck is assigned than after it arrives.

Common questions

Do you only collect in southern Poland?

No. We collect anywhere in Poland and deliver anywhere in Europe. The 218 locations listed here are the ones we serve most regularly and for which we keep a separate page, which is not the same as the limit of where we go.

Is a small village more expensive to collect from than a city?

The rate per kilometre does not change. What changes is the run to the loading point, and on a full truckload that difference disappears inside the total. It is visible on part loads, which is why smaller consignments from small locations are consolidated with other freight from the same district.

How far ahead should I book?

A day is comfortable and same-day is often possible, since trucks can be redirected. Longer notice matters most on lanes where the consignee needs a booked unloading slot, on ferry routes in season, and on ADR loads where a driver with the right certificate has to be assigned.

Do you handle both export and import?

Yes, and on regular lanes we pair the two into one round trip. A truck that comes back loaded instead of empty is normally a bigger saving than anything negotiated on the rate itself, so it is worth telling us about return volumes even if they look unrelated.

What if my location is not on the list?

Send the address anyway. The list covers where we collect regularly enough to keep a dedicated page, not the boundary of the service. One-off collections run well beyond it and are priced the same way.

Not on the list?

The list covers where we collect regularly. We run one-off pickups well beyond it, so send the address and we will confirm.
