Do you handle customs for shipments leaving Tychy?
Yes. For EU destinations a CMR consignment note is enough. For the 16 destinations outside the EU customs area we prepare the export declaration, the T1 transit document and check the commercial invoice against what the destination office expects. All of it before departure, because a missing document at the border costs a day.
Can I track a load once it leaves Tychy?
Yes. Vehicles carry GPS and one named person handles your job from booking to delivery, so status questions go to somebody who already knows the load. On runs longer than two days we send an update each morning and at the end of the driver's shift. Where the consignee runs its own booking portal, we work inside it rather than opening a second channel.
